Returns

We hope you love your purchase from The Last Chapter. If you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Support@thelastchapter.ie or submit a return request through your customer account on our website.

Please do not send an item back without first requesting a return. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or you have a statutory right to return it at our expense, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service when returning your order. The Last Chapter cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit before they are received by us.

Original delivery charges will be handled in accordance with your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Damages, Faults and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible at Support@thelastchapter.ie if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Your rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this returns policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return where an applicable legal exception applies, including personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size or variation, please contact us to arrange a return. Where appropriate, you can return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund after it has been issued.
